✨THE ORIGINS & MISSION OF  CO CREATOR COSMOS ✨

Co Creator Cosmos was born out of the ashes of my old self, who died sometime in 2023. It was during this time when I had the most profound Dark Night of the Soul: a gruelling period of 1.5 years where I was forced into the abyss of confronting my own traumas, shadows, triggers, emotional wounds, negative thinking patterns, and toxic behaviours. All the memories that laid dormant from my early childhood up to adulthood suddenly and violently erupted. Everything that demanded healing and attention was brought to the surface, and no stone was left unturned. It wasn’t pretty, to say the least. It was an emotional rollercoaster of deeply transparent and triggering conversations with my abusers, let alone with myself. It cost me my sanity, my stability, my old identity, and everyone and everything else that was no longer serving me. But what I gained instead was far more valuable: closure, healing, self-love, radical acceptance, a newfound appreciation of my relationships and experiences, a deeper understanding of and zest for life, freedom – and most importantly – the emergence of my TRUE, RADIANT, SUPERHUMAN SELF.

Since then, Co Creator Cosmos was co-created with the Divine with the intention of empowering the lives of those who fell victim to circumstances and always dreamt of something MORE. My dream is for you to become so resourceful and fully equipped with all the tools required to overcome your limiting mindset and beliefs, reprogram your subconscious mind, transform your self-sabotage to self-care habits, identify and activate your superpowers, align with the highest version of yourself, operate from soul, and ultimately return to being the masterful manifestor you always have been in order to tackle and triumph life’s biggest challenges. Because we all deserve to live a life free from chaos, fear, doubt, worry, and pain. My goal is for you to evolve:

From constriction to expansion. From resistance to radiance. From turmoil to transcendence.

In my line of work, I have always had a passion for helping the marginalised and minorities. Whether it was advising clients on bullying and discrimination cases, underpayment of wages, or unfair treatment in the workplace, my soul’s passion is deeply rooted in assisting and advocating for those who have been mistreated and taken advantage of. That is why it is Co Creator Cosmos’ oath to pledge 3% from every sale to Act for Kids. That’s right – 3% from EVERY SINGLE SALE will be donated to Act for Kids, an Australian charity dedicated to preventing and treating child abuse and neglect. They offer free therapy and support services to children and families who have experienced, or are at risk of, harm. Their services also include special workshops to empower kids and safe houses in remote Aboriginal communities. With a vision and purpose to help keep kids safe, heal from trauma, and lead happy lives, Act for Kids’ ethos acutely aligns with that of Co Creator Cosmos and makes for the perfect co-creation.

I always knew I was meant for something BIGGER. Everything about me was BIG: my energy; my imagination; my wildest dreams. But before I could expand into my favourite self, I had to learn some things the hard way.

Born to Greek and Indonesian immigrant parents, I inherited more than just grit, a good work ethic, and resilience. I also inherited layers of generational trauma – lucky me! And I don’t mean that sarcastically, really. I come from a lineage of scarcity mindset, poverty, financial hardship and illiteracy, survival mode, co-dependency, addictions, self-sabotage, conflict, mental warfare, emotional dysregulation, narcissism, victim mentality, toxic patterns, unhealthy attachment styles and coping mechanisms, physical illness, and poor communication and relationship dynamics. From a young age, I played the role of emotional caregiver, desperately trying to save my family—until I finally learned how to save myself.

So how did I do that? It wasn’t through therapy. It wasn’t through an anti-depressant. And it certainly wasn’t through bypassing or numbing my emotions. I healed through singing, songwriting, creating, crying, laughing, screaming, processing, dancing, resting, exercising, reading, learning, expressing, listening to music, being silly, playing with animals, spending time in nature, authentically connecting, community, letting go, trusting, regulating, rewiring, and remembering.

And now, I live a soul-led life. A life in full alignment with my purpose. A life built on embodiment, joy, and creative freedom. I get to be my most vibrant, magnetic, and authentic self every single day—and I’m here to teach others how to do the same.

To quieten. To soften. To release. To heal. To align. To triumph. To empower. To trust. To rise. To become.

By regulating your nervous system.

By helping awaken and activating your superpowers in order to become the highest vision of yourself.

By guiding you to rise into the most fulfilled version of YOU.

And to ultimately assist with the healing of the planet and ascension of the collective’s consciousness.

You too were born with a unique purpose according to your unique soul blueprint. Your greatest gifts are by design. They were never meant to be suppressed—they were meant to be celebrated, cherished, honoured, and liberated – not just for you but for the whole world.

We are at a critical time in history where your truth is needed. Your authenticity is needed. Your expression is needed. The world is in desperate need of your individual story, because your story alone could help someone else who is struggling with what you overcame. Your experiences, no matter how messy or painful, hold the key to someone else’s liberation. You are the medicine the world has been waiting for, my love.

We need your big idea. We need your perspective. We need your art. We need your multi-potential. We need ALL of you.

But first, you must master self-remembrance, self-acceptance, self-love, self-regulation, and ultimately self-autonomy. And that’s where I come in.

 Let me be of service. Let me be your safe space. Let me show you what ‘THEY’ were supposed to teach us. Let me lead you home to yourself. Let me guide you in remembering the long-lost language of who you truly are: your soul.

I am but a messenger, a cheerleader, an awakenator if you will. Let me show you what it feels like to SOAR. Let me remind you how to ROAR. Let me help you believe in YOUniverse.
