1. Scope of Services

Co Creator Cosmos delivers online courses, digital products, services, events and community memberships (“Services”). All content, including text, audio, video, images and downloads, is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Bookings and Payments

All prices are in USD and exclude GST where applicable.

Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method until your product or service is fully paid or cancelled.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Digital Products and Courses: Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital content, all sales of digital products and courses are final and are not able to be refunded, returned or cancelled. If you have any issues or concerns with your purchase or need assistance, please reach out to us at [email protected] – we will be more than happy to help.

Events and Services: You may cancel or reschedule bookings up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund. After that, a 50% credit note applies toward future services. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
